Another women has come forward and alleged that a gas station attended also groped her while she attempted to pay for her gas late last year in Roxbury Township. The women came forward after she became aware that the Defendant was charged in the middle of January with groping another women while she as well was attempting to pay for gas. The Defendant is a fifty-three (53) year old male and was working at the BP Gas Station located on Route 46 in Roxbury New Jersey at the time of the incidents. It is unclear at this point in time whether or not the Defendant has been fired as a result of the allegations.
The Defendant surrendered to the Roxbury Police Department on February 10, 2016 after learning a warrant was issued for the second set of charges. He has been formally charged with another count of criminal sexual contact. Following his surrender he was remanded to the Morris County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000 with no 10% option. Criminal sexual contact is a fourth degree felony offense in New Jersey. A Defendant convicted of criminal sexual contact in the fourth degree faces up to eighteen months in a State Prison, a fine up to $10,000 and the potential for Megan’s Law Registry.
