4 Arrested & Charged with Aggravated Assault in Parsippany
On Monday, April 13, 2015, the Parsippany Police Department dispatched several officers to one of their residents home following disturbance call. When the officer’s arrived on scene they were approached by five men. One of individuals was quickly determined to be a victim of some form of assault. The victim was immediately taken to Morristown Memorial Hospital for treatment. An investigation by the Parsippany Police Department determined that the other four individuals on scene were all responsible in one way or another for the assault. It appears that the four Defendant’s are alleged to each have punched and kicked the Defendant during the dispute.
All four Defendant’s were arrested and charged with aggravated assault. They were taken too and booked in the Morris County Jail. They are currently being held on a $15,000 bail with a no 10% option. If the Defendant’s are released on bail, they are required to appear at the Central Judicial Process Hearing which is held at the Morris County Superior Court in Morristown, New Jersey.
