Hackettstown Man Charged with DWI in Mount Olive

AcDWI Lawyers in Morris County NJcording to the reports released thus far, a thirty-two year old male from Hackettstown was found passed out behind the wheel in Mount Olive earlier this week. It appears that the Mount Olive police received a phone call from a concerned citizen about an individual who was stopped in the middle of the street. When the officers approached to do a well fare check, they noticed that the Defendant was asleep and slouched over the wheel. When they woke him, the then discovered that the Defendant was covered in what appeared to be vomit. Based on their observations, the police requested an ambulance to take the Defendant to the hospital for treatment.

The Defendant was later arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and reckless driving. He was released on his own recognize pending a court hearing in the Mount Olive Municipal Court.
