Invasion of Privacy Among the Charges Looming for Mount Olive Man
An investigation by Morris County detectives leads to a twenty-eight (28) year old male from Mount Olive, New Jersey being arrested and charged with among other things endangering the welfare of a child, manufacturing child pornography and permitting a child to engage in child pornography. To make matters worse, there is still an ongoing investigation into the Defendant and additional charges are anticipated. It is alleged that the Defendant would video tape “multiple women engaged in sexual encounters without their knowledge”. As the charges above indicate, it was determined that one of the alleged victims was seventeen at the time of the act, which obviously made an already bad situation worse.
Apparently the detectives are still trying to determine the identity of the other women on the tapes. At this point in time it is unclear how the Defendant was able to video tape these acts. The Defendant was taken to the Morris County jail and bail was set at $25,000 with a ten percent option. He has since been bailed out and special conditions have been placed upon his bail.
