Terroristic Threats Charges for Dover Resident

Terroristic Threats Attorneys in Randolph NJIt is unclear at this point in time what started the heated argument at the Motor Vehicle Commission in Randolph, New Jersey on Wednesday. But, according to the reports released thus far, it is alleged that a fifty-nine year old Dover resident threatened to kill the employees at the Motor Vehicle Commission. Even going as far as stating, that he would get a shotgun and comeback and shoot everyone.

However, it didn’t end there, once the Defendant was brought in front of the Municipal Court Judge of Randolph, he allegedly threatened to hunt him down and assault him as well. 

The Defendant was arrested and charged with three separate counts of terroristic threats in the third degree. The Defendant is currently being held in the Morris County Jail on a $50,000 bail. If convicted on all counts, the Defendant could be sentenced up to 15 years in a State prison.
