N.J.S.A. 2C:35-5 Defense Attorneys in Roxbury NJAn investigation that stretched over several months following a heroin overdose in Budd Lake, New Jersey, is finally complete. It is still unclear at this point in time what lead the Mount Olive investigators to the Defendant but the investigators have arrested and charged a twenty-six year old Roxbury native with distributing heroin, possessing heroin with the intent to distribute, possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.  The Defendant was brought down to the Mount Olive police station and processed. She was released on her own recognize (ROR) pending an initial court appearance in the Mount Olive Municipal Court. Then her matter will be transferred up to the Morris County Prosecutor Office for review. The Defendant will most likely have to appear at Central Judicial Processing, also known as CJP in Morristown, New Jersey within a week.
