A DWI charge in Jefferson New Jersey can cause serious ramification so it is important that you do everything possible to avoid a conviction. Craig and the members of Jefferson Township Police Department have no ability to slide a DWI ticket under the rug or make it go away unless they agree in open court the arrest is flawed. Marshall, has some of the most concentrated credentials in the defense of drinking and driving cases that you can find anywhere in the state. We possess over 200 years of combined experience with many years serving as prosecutors. On top of our practical  involvement, three of our lawyers are among the five or so statewide that are certified as instructors in field sobriety tests, the mechanism that allows the take you into custody provided you actual fail them.
